  • Oh god, they're playing Never Gonna Give You Up. STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!

  • I worked one summer at a camp for fat kids so this happened 2 or 3 times a day:

"Stop eating my lunch from the fridge. Stop it! Stop it! There's almost no time left, lunch break is almost over. Stop it! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IIIIITTTTTTT!"

  • It was kinda creepy at the end cuz after the last "stop it!" it said " The Last Halloween". It gets you alot of thoughts on the brain of if it really was the last Halloween. Besides, The men and women can make more children. Soooooooo fail.

  • 0:47 to the end it sounds like hes being raped.

  • i like this scene.its funny as shit stop iiiiiiiitttt! good times

  • this movie was okay, but it had nothing to do with Michael myers.... but an epic scene

  • I tried to do this for the mcdonalds "Sweet tea" commercial. I failed. God help me, i failed....

  • My favorite of the franchise. It's not supposed to be slasher-gory-horror, it's a psych thriller that borrows from the Arthur Machen (and later H.P. Lovecraft) pastiche of "horror hinted at". Here, in the final scene, you know Tom Atkins saves some of the kids (wearing the Silver Shamrock death masks)..but not all of them

  • @toecutterr6 It shouldn't be called Halloween III then They could have left the Halloween part out of it and just called it Season of The Witch. And fyi the original Halloween had literally no gore in it.

  • they gave halloween III last night on AMC channel and i have to admit it was a good ass movie and i dont care what any one thinks, Tom Atkins is an awesome actor!!!

  • @Meltdown142 Totally agree with everything you said. I live in the UK and they're playing Halloween 1-3 tonight. Halloween 3 is a awesome movie with great actors and great deaths scenes! and IMHO the best ending ever (hence why I am here) :)

  • This reminds me of the typical John Carpenter ending. Sort of like Mouth of Madness, Prince of Darkness and The Thing. I'm surprised it isn't part his apocalapse saga.

  • @Byrnzi360 that's because Halloween 3 wasn't a Carpenter film. Outside of the original classic, none of the other Halloween movies have been Carpenter films.

You're right though that it fits Carpenter's Apocalypse trilogy.

  • The black guy should have kept the kids out of the damn room, it's his fault not the Dr.'s, he tried his best but just got there to damn late. Great acting by Tom Atkins there, he made the scene so epic and dramatic

  • This was actually suppose to be the Halloween movie franchise, a different movie based on the holiday but there were alot of people who liked the first two with Michael Myers and Dr. Loomis in them that they were mad that they werent in this one which prompted Halloween4 to be called Return of Michael Myers. I wouldve liked to saw how different the series would have been had they kept wit hthe formula they were going with hereand have a different story every halloween

  • hahaha wtf!

  • I hope they stopet it

  • why doesn't he just break the tv

  • @rustinpeace1992 It wouldn't do any good, the ad was being played all over the world.

  • @ShadicoTheHedgehog Well it would save these particular kids, at least.

  • still better than Halloween 5!

  • Lmao idk why i found this so funny xD

  • I have always considered this to be the greatest ending to any horror film. It would have been nice though to show what happened around the world immediately following the commercial being played. I love this movie!!

  • I like this movie, ok, its obviusly better the first one and Mayers is God and bla bla bla, but this film really works like a good 80´s scary movie serie-B.

  • Don't ya just love it the way this guy can just call TV stations to shut off their programming and the stations actually do it? (Yeah, try that sometime and see how well it works.)

H3 had an interesting plot. It would have been a lot better, though, had it dropped the supernatural part and focused on just technology. That would have been far creepier.

  • @FiendsInRedSatin1

yeah, maybe but in keeping with the season and the activities of witches it needed to be a 20th century warlock carrying on the mission of the witch. (i.e. Killing children)

  • They didn't stop it...

  • You'd think they would have pulled it to begin with since it would give every epileptic kid in the country seizures.

  • Someone needs to make a sparta remix of the last "STOP IT!!!"

  • he just saw Rob Zombie's 2 crapfests.

  • Just turn off the fucking Television you idiot XD

  • @KingdomPete That would only stop it from affecting the kids in the gas station. It would still kill all the other kids around the country who had bought those masks.

  • What I wanna know is why isn't anyone telling that kids to stop changing the channel, he just barged in grabbing some candy and touching the black man's TV set, hell no!

  • Caller: Stop it... Stop it!... Stop it!!!... STOP IT!!!... STOP IIIIIIIIIT!!!!!!!

Receiver: For the last time, I don't know who you are or what you're talking about!!! Please sir, for the love of God, stop calling my house!!!

  • I love this movie, it's so much like Invasion of the body snatchers. A vast improvement over Halloween II. Would you believe that it was Joe Dante's idea to throw away the Michael Myers formula, and he was originally going to be the director before Tommy Lee Wallace came on board!

  • @desirewalkson99 Tommy Wallace is a good director too. I love H3 too.

  • THIS IS SPARTAAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!

  • this should happen in real life and then noone would ever have to watch commercials ever again.

  • That was so gangster of him to say 'stop it' he like 'literarily' told them to stop it. Five stars

  • Comment removed

  • "Stop it! Turn it off! Please! Stop it! Stop it! STOP IT! STOP I-I-I-I-IT!"

Why does everyone say the acting is terrible? I think it's very well-done.

  • @ShadicoTheHedgehog I agree with you. Tom Atkins is a very good actor.

  • @ShadicoTheHedgehog I agree his final "STOP IT" gave me chills.

  • @johnhamilton08 actually his final word was 'STOMACH!!!"lol

  • i dont think he cared about the kid dying from it, he probably just thought it was an annoying ass commercial

  • @TheNerdGangster

Or youre just a gay fag:)

  • @MajorShepard smashing the tv wouldn't help save the kids because kids all over the country would be watching and he couldn't smash all those tv's in the whole country.

  • @oleirishdragon Maybe the destroying magic was a virus-signal on the magnetic tape what has recorded the dangerous commercial. But it also was in the parts of the stones of Stonehenge by themselves. And in the particles on the patch of the back of the masks. The TV-Show on the third channel Dr. Challice coud'nt stop, but he could try to destroy the other stones of Stonehenge anyway to save the rest of the other children in the world, because this Pumpkin-Clip was only running in the USA.

  • if he wanted to stop it that bad shouldn't he smash the tv?

  • You gotta believe!

  • I bet the exterminators across America sure were busy the morning of November 1.

  • I hated this movie, because it was all b.s. Someone wouldve noticed if that was happening , like the guy would die and come back to life( i no he wuz a robot) . And didnt we have satalite image back then? The whole movie sucked accept the ending. Still wondering wat the bugs did, if they did any harm to the other people at all.

  • @Boccia55 What guy comes back to life? Maybe you mean a part of "The Fog" ???

  • what I liked about this movie is that it along with the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Jordana Brewster might be the only two horror and suspense movies where evil actually wins in the end, it's a relief to watch the antagonist walk away victorious instead of having a common mortal, all bloddied, traumatized and battered up, somehow, someway find a way to find some weakness in the evil forces and a few months later their normal lives just go on, it's just predictable and boring

  • epic moment forever!

  • Lmao i love when he screams Stop it! xD

  • How does calling one network get him access to three channels? Keep in mind, we are talking about Basic Network TV in the Eighties. Unless it only plays on unknown UHF channels... Also, how is it nine o clock everywhere all at once? Also, ending before you know whether he succeeded or not isn't an end twist, but a failure to complete the ending.

No wonder Nigele Kneale wanted his name taken off of the film... It takes an interesting concept and fucks it up this nonsense....

  • @goji2099 it's not really incomplete, it's trying to be that way, you're supposed to use your imagination to figure out what all happened in the end.

  • @ChatterBeastOfHell Which essentially means they couldn't figure out how to end it. It's a cop out.

  • Self-Defining Ending.

  • the last three sec he sounded like he was being raped lol

  • @XvxBERSERKxvX -- What are you 12 (and disgusting perv)? People are tryin to have a conversation here.

  • hehe I downloaded the soundtrack for this recently as I remember loving the end theme music so much (and of course that silver shamrock commercial - IT'S ON THERE YEEEHAWWW!) and was hoping someone had uploaded this film so I could jack the ending - and whaddya know?! Someone uploaded it! You can find anything on youtube goddang it! Cheers dunlaoghaire ;0)

(vol a wee bit low though but no matter that's why God invented Cool Edit Pro 2) ;)

If anyone wants a copy of the soundtrack btw just holla

  • I love this movie.

  • I"M AAAAAAAAAAAAACTIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!

  • I think it was actually a pretty creepy film after watching the whole thing.

  • Worst movie hero ever; has to get a guy on the other end of a phone to save the day, and won't even help the kid standing right in front of him. Love this movie.

  • Did anyone realize that he's calling from California (the Pacific time zone), meaning all the kids wearing the mask in the Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones are already dead?

    Huge plot hole.

  • @DaltonL227 -- Great catch!

  • Dr. Challis: Stop it, Stop it please, STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!

TV Announcer: We are sorry but some annoying little bitch wants this off tv, happy fucking halloween

    Dr. Challis: OH THANK GOD!

TV Announcer: Nah were just kiddin

    (Put Back on)

    Dr. Challis: SHITTTTT!!!!

  • WOW!!! I bet alot of parents was like wtf when there kids saw the commercial and hit the floor. THE PARENTS: like Billy Tommy whats wrong hey wake up then the PARENTS Sream aahahhhhh ahhhhh then bugs started to come out of Billy and Tommy's heads the Parents: like WTF WTF WTF man aahhhhhh!!! THE END,,,,,THE REAL END

  • Worst Halloween sequals ever!!!

  • @TheHaysfam5 No, every other sequel after this one are the worst.

  • @thekeegster715 I couldn't agree more, and have been saying the same thing for years. This ending is chilling, and gave me a huge preference for this sort of unusual thing. It's even more rare these days to see a movie end on such an uncertain, undoubtedly dark note. I love it.

Showing what is probably the last print of this at the Carolina in Durham Friday Oct 22.

  • Great "everyone loses" ending.

But I still have to ask, was that chick a robot the whole time or does he just rescue the wrong one?

  • @belvedereinnards

Ellie was human until she was captured and Cochran killed her and replaced her with a robot

  • burndown

  • bottle rocket

  • Love how tom looks at the camera and goes STOPPPPPPPPPPPP ITTTTTTTTT!

  • This is my respose whenever I see the X-Factor or Britain's/America's got Talent is back on TV!

  • Tom Atkins is from my hometown of Pittsburgh woot!

  • why can't he just run and push the kid from the screen and turn THAT TV's channel? At least he would have saved one kid's life.

  • @ToddRodd He has to know if its still running...

  • i was 9 when this movie came out..i didnt find it scary i thought it was funny..im 37 now and i sit here or with freinds turing channels on the tv and there is nothing on..the other night we got to jersey shore flippin through channels..and i was doing this line..."no, there is still crap on 19...no you got to take it off.(please you gotta belive me) take it off!!..stop it...stop it STOP ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTtttttt lol

  • this film scared me to death, one of the best horrors ever

  • Why didnt they show the kids get Zapped!

  • @XvxBERSERKxvX It leaves it up to the viewers to decide what happens.

  • Loved the ending, hated the rest of the movie.

  • One of the greatest endings to a horror film. Chilling. H3 is underrated.

  • this ending gave me chills

  • who here agrees the Halloween franchise wold be better if it was an anthology series then just rehashing the Michael Myers plot over and over again

  • @Teenlego ME!!!!!

  • @Teenlego agreed.

  • @Teenlego me i do i do think the michael myers movies are good but i do think they still have a changed to do a anthology of new movies

  • @Teenlego Totally.

This isn't just my favourite Halloween movie, it's one of my favourite horror movies.

  • @Teenlego That was the original intent of the producers and I agree it would have been cool to have a different Halloween-themed horror movie every year, but the audience wanted Michael so they went back to him when "Season of the Witch" made no money. Since there are so many other horror movies out there I am okay with Michael returning to Haddonfield again and again, although it is not the same without Donald Pleasence.

  • @KateiSolo It actually did make $, relatively speaking...they made it for 2.5 million and overall it made about $12million. Not nearly the success of the first two. But like you said, fans kept saying "Where's Michael?" Personally, I love this movie

  • @KateiSolo -- That's what annoyed the hell out of me. I didn't mind more Michael Myers movies, but, in my opinion, this gem stands alone and shouldn't've been bullied out of the franchise. I loved "Halloween (1)" and "Halloween III". A different Halloween story every year would've been brilliant. Halloween III could've been given more love. (and I agree, I miss Donald Pleasence. He never camped the role. Great actor...;-(

  • @Teenlego im so glad they didnt do that idea

  • Comment removed

  • @Teenlego Yep agreed mate I personally loved this film had a profound effect like all the good horror films did growing up in the era I was lucky to grow up in (i'm 36 now, gotta lottttttttttttttt of those films stored away on the old grey matter ex hard drive) ;)

And dvd and video of course....

And let's face it, kiddywinks; horror films just had balls in the 70s and 80s and no special fx were exactly that not the CGI shithouse of today (apart from the odd decent one or two)

  • @Teenlego I'm with you...would've loved more imaginativeness in the series; too bad this one didn't get the respect it should have!

  • @Teenlego - Abso-fkn-lutely!!!! B/t/w, this scene made my hair stand up. Awesome Halloween movie. One of the Best!!!

  • @Teenlego I agree. I was getting tired of Michael chasing the activia lady every chapter

  • @Teenlego I do so much agree with you. Originally Halloween was supposed to kill off Michael Myers in Halloween 2 and each Halloween after that was supposed to be a different story, but people liked Myers so much they brought him back. I wish that they didn't and that Halloween 4 and 5 was supposed to be about different stories, instead of Michael Myers. Halloween 3 is a Great Movie and I love it.

  • Comment removed

  • @chevyvette58 in some ways that would have been interesting, but if that had happened then Michael Myers would had just been some forgotten character from some horror flick and would had never achieved the legendary iconic status he now has amongst horror movie fans, and since he is a very interesting character with a solid and yet mysterious background it would had been very dissapointing to see him take a back seat to others like Freddy Krueger, Leatherface, Hannibal and Jason Voorhees

  • @tmbttes Yeah, don't get me wrong, I loved the entire Halloween series with Michael from the first one to Halloween Resurrection in 2002. Michael Myers was a great character and made Halloween what it was. But Halloween 3 was really good too, even if it didn't have Myers in it.

  • @Teenlego i definately agree

  • @Teenlego i did care for H2O and H4

  • @Teenlego I agree on so many levels dude, this movie isn't bad as everyone says it is. Now that AVGN has said it maybe people will be a bit more open minded.

  • @Teenlego Definately, but that's Hollywood for you. Look at what they did with A Nightmare On Elm Street. Freddy went from being evil and sinister and was turned into a pantomime villain who cracked shit jokes (Although the third movie, Dream Warriors had it's moments). They also tried to do that with Pinhead from Hellraiser but when that failed, they consigned him to straight-to-dvd Hell.

  • What the hell were these kids promised if they watched the commercial?! Were they brainwashed??? Why are these kids so hellbent of seeing this comercial while wearing their masks?! Are they just insane?! Someone please explain this because, there's a line between testing an urban legend and being bats**t crazy about doing something.

  • @UziFlame Kids are dumbasses

  • @UziFlame - You're overanalyzing. The kids were playing. Kids play. They found it fun to get on board with the Silver Shamrock campaign. And there was a contest too.

  • why dosen't he just run and turn the TV off

  • @JOM123456 he could do that but then the 10000000000000 other kids watching in the world would die

  • Comment removed

  • @JOM123456 There are other kids all around the country watching it too, his only hope was for the station not to air that commercial. I agree though that this one was very good, classic Carpenter ending, he leaves it for you to decide what happens next, it's the same with The Thing, The Fog and Prince of Darkness. Michael Myers is badass though, I really loved this one, very underrated.

  • It made so mad that the kids can't stop watching Silver Shamrock Commercial through two channels non-stop. Guess they're ready to commit suicide. I mean come on kids, STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!

  • this is so pre cable. lol

  • One of atkins finer moments, where is he now

  • @cheezday he was in My bloody valentine

  • @cheezday - He's actually pretty old now - he's 74. What part is he going to play in H3, the mortician?..............Just kidding. He is 74 but I don't see him as the hero in any H3, if it's made. Frankly, I've had enough of Michael Myers. I'd like a different Halloween thing everytime.

  • Tom Atkins is awesome!

  • @Evolution7X tom atkins is going to be in the new H3 too

  • it is a great movie but why was it named after a good movie its weired and micheal myers does not even show

  • ...is it me, or did he break the fourth wall at the video's end (he yelled "STOP ITTTT!" right AT the camera)?

  • @Crazy56U not really, for all we know he could have been looking at the camera because he was yelling at the phone

  • one of the most exciting + frightning part in film-history

    great !!!!!!!!!!!

  • one of the most exciting + frightning part in film-history

    great !!!!!!!!!!!

  • hers an idea UNPLUG THE FUCKING TV!!!!!! lol

  • @gamerJDS i guess it still be on for other kids on other tvs i just thought about that lol

  • Shocking truth that some evil people in the U.S. Government have been killing people in the U.S.A. for many years using the TV audio & cell phone frequencies & vaccinations giving people cancer (a slow painful death). It is part of the high level Freemasonry / ILLUMINATI witchcraft sacrifice to their god Lucifer (Satan). The TV & cell phone frequencies the toxins in the vaccinations. Many of you have cancer because of this.... sad fact.

  • this movie is awesome

  • Stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Classic 80's Carpenter, whether it follows the "HALLOWEEN" storyline or not. Carpenter himself said he is proud of this one. I love it, but it's definitely not for everyone.

  • this is the only part of the movie that i liked i luaghed soooooooo hard when i saw this wow if this where real anyone would get away with this haha

  • u suck... MM twat.

  • This movie sucks

  • very much.

  • whats that have to do with michael myers

  • The shocking truth is that some evil people in the U.S. Government have been killing people in the U.S.A. for many years using the TV audio & cell phone radio waves & vaccinations giving many people cancer (a slow painful death). It is part of the high level Freemasonry witchcraft sacrifice to their god Lucifer (Satan).

  • Fruit Cake!!!!

  • @MegaLeedavid

    With a side of cheeseball

  • @TruthTeller878 ...make sure u don't wear the masks then.

  • Tom Atkins is such a phenomenal actor! 10/10!!! Did any of You guys see night of the creeps?

  • This is one of scariest horrors in my opinion...critics, though, said it sux...still critics are a bunch of asslicking cunts

  • @ajvanhovic I agree with you about the critics... look at transformers revenge of the fallen: very bad critics, but it made over 82 millions worldwideLOLL

I especially hate roger ebert that bulldog-faced asshole

  • 1. Transformers: ROTF is terrible.

    2. Roger Ebert has facial cancer and can no longer speak.

  • Maybe... it doesn`t kill tghe fact it was a commercial success, and ebert destroyed it...

while he gave great review to drag me to hell, but this movie made a poor 80 million so....

    and about ebert`s face: I don`t care

  • it`s a shame he didn`t get cancer to his hands in the same time: he could no longer write shitty critics...

  • As long as Zombie stays away from this one I'd like to see a remake

  • maybe zombie could improve it... while I agree with you cause while halloween 1 was a great remake to my view, halloween 2 was weak

  • Zombie improve it? Wow man, Zombie had a few decent scenes in his 2 remakes but overall blew these horror classics, just my opinion. Seriously, you and I could prolly make a better H3 remake...Zombie is def. good in the music industry but film is another ?

  • its a matter of opinion

I love the first remake but was kinda dissapointed by the ending of the 2nd...

make a remake of halloween 3 ? Us? well I'd be willing, if I knew how to write down a scenario, but there is definetely a scene I wouldn't put in and it is the kid's death scene (I think its something that shouldn't be in movies)

    as for zombie`s musical career...well I didn't follow it..

  • yeah it is...I kinda agree with the kid thing but I gotta do some writing,lol...We will bring the masks back

  • yeah but instead ok killing people they would turn them into mindless flesh eating Robs... err I mean zombies LOLL

  • Not a bad idea, kinda like the original idea with the bugs and snakes and stuff but a great idea. If I were to remake it though I would keep the SS commercial the same for a kinda sentimental throwback touch...

  • yeah you are right:)

  • lol, the kid death scene bothered you in H3? What about in Zombies Halloween remake when young MM beats that kid in the woods with a stick, that was pretty horrible to see, especially in the theatres,lol...Even though the bully had what was coming still though...

  • yeah the reason why it bothered me it was because he`s just an innocent kid

in the remake well I kinda applaude michael for the bully because if that kid wasn`t such an ass, michael wouldnt have harmed him... reason why I am happy with this scene is because I was heavily bullied when I was at school.. so seeing that bully cry like a baby bitch eases my wounds in a way

but I am against violence towards kids

  • lol, you made no sense there,haha..Your against violence with kids but felt good about one getting beat like a dog??lol, i see what your saying though. If you ever wanna see one, back in the late 70's by the name of the "Toxic Avenger" when those people run over that kid on the bike & then crush his head traumatized me as a kid. If you get a chance watch it...
