Yeah Its funny that. I always use the clutch when im shifting through the mains across the bottom of the box. But I dont when im splitting them across the bottom or the top. And a bit of clutch when going from top to bottom on the box too.

Everyone has a different way of going through them. Just remember only 2 people dont miss gears in a roadranger. Ones god and the others full of sh*t

I passed test today yet still didnt learn or understand how to really use the 18 speed, instructers said for that we would have to spend a month with the student. Also I still struggled with down changing and remembering what gear I was in, dam frustrating, they tell me in time Ill get my head around it, i love watching clips of you guys going through the box, theres hope for me yet, good vid mate, I like your work.

Is the only time I don't use the clutch. That's just what works best for me.

how do you know when your in 18th? its so confusing how you boys do it

@hancocknick89 Its the same as in a car. Simple H pattern 1,2,3,4. Flick a switch and go through them again. If you know your in 3rd in a car then you can tell if you in 3rd or 7th (16th) in a truck by the speed you traveling at.
