We can't seriously expect everyone in the third world to buy (or be donated) a Lifestraw to give them access to cleaner water - this is a step, but it solves very little. These nations still have ZERO infrastructure and these people still live in obscene poverty.

The disease and hardship is still there. This is a step, but it's not a "Solution." It's a band-aid. A pretty cheap, effective band-aid but it's not going to solve the issue on it's own.
