That's not a swaddle. A swaddle is with a receiving blanket that they can get out of. This is a damn straight jacket. I wonder what kind of child abuse this would be considered? He's stuck alright, what if he vomits and can't get loose? Mothers today are weird and sick.
@noella50881 - she said she FOUND him like this, she didnt wrap him on purpose and she didnt leave him like this either. If he was in pain or even unhappy, he'd be crying, not smiling and giggling. Stop assuming that every parent is abusive and stop telling other parents how to take care of their baby. You probably dont even have a kid of your own.

He is a few weeks old so they have to wrap the baby up, because baby's are so used to being in a confided space. So if you don't the will get scared, anxious, sad, etc. So if you wrap then up they sleep better.

@mersylla, it's a swaddler. You can either use a blanket and wrap them in or they have the ones that easily wrap around and snap around baby.They usually put newborns in them for the comfort of the baby since they're used to being scrunched up (resembling being in the mother's womb)
