Double setup index is pretty easy. And I'm still spread player. I can pass Jackhammer with just 2 fingers. Kind of funny. Actually I get bigger score with just 2 fingers than 6 or 8 fingers. If you master that double setup index, you could play spread songs easily (but still need to put hands off). But it would be so so hard to learn. To me at least.

Most Stepmania communities, as they have on FFR since style divides occurred in 2003, have distinguished between styles and judged each relative to their styles. The accomplishments you posted above are useless if you're trying to compare them to index, because any comparison you could make would be incredibly weak.
