This is pretty good, but I think its sad this is pretty complicated for the average gmod person, I think spacebuild should use this types of stuff rather then using the adv gyropod that totally neglects gravity.

find a tutorial for svn... its what everyone uses for spacebuild and wire... its definitely worth it. Also just try joining a spacebuild server and it might download the model pack

I have a ship that goes 3000u tops and is also pretty cool looking I didnt remove any weight at all but it dosent have life stabalizers so i need to keep flying back into atmosphere

3000 Units? Impossible, the max speed in the source engine is approx 1800u per second.

it may sound noobish but all you need to to is smart constrain everything together, then rope it all together then it wont seizure until you hit somting ro hard

Parenting avoids Seizures completely... However, parented props won't collide with the world or props and sometimes even players.

Standard Gmod runs at 66 tick - meaning the max speed is only as high as you just said. But on servers with 100 tick - you can go even faster.

you dont put it in the addons folder, the folder with the info.txt goes in your Gamemodes folder.

actually, gmod is $9.99 USD for just gmod, and it's $24.99 USD if you get a gmod + Counter Strike: Source package, which also gives you the Half Life 2 ragdolls and models. If you buy Half Life 2 and gmod separetly, it's about $30 USD.

An advanced dupe is available for download up in the description. You will need Wire (SVN), Space Build Model Pack, PHX packs, and Combat Damage System. The weapons on the thing are a little different to get around some dupe problems. Just add what you want to it and connect to the pod controller behind the seat. Charge it before trying to fly (theres a supply connector at the back). Enjoy!

It was mostly issues with duping the Malawars Airbrake tool the fighter used. I finally gave in and did it with wire instead so no more dupe problems!

Just search the gmod download site for "Laser" and you will find it (Madjawas Laser STool I think its called). You will need to install "Combat Damage System" as well if you want the Laser to destroy props. I would've been glad to drop you some links but unfortunately you cannot post URLs in youtube comments. It has a shield to protect the ship from the environment and weapons fire. I am not sure what other kinds of countermeasures I could add to it. Considering that most hover ball ships cannot even aim down, it would be simple to fly above or below them in this. Maneuverability=Countermeasure­s right?

This was really just a test of my VTOL expression Chip so the frame was kept as simple as I could get it. I am working on a better looking one to make use of it now that it's working well.

by countermeasures, i mean something that I have yet to test. What i mean is basically a bunch of thruster powered soda cans, used to distract wire mod missiles, while trailing care bears to insult your enemy/ distract enemy.
