The constant frames of the clip you'd just shown kinda annoyed me alittle, I'd preferred to have just watched the video striaght. Having said that there where some good techniques in there, nice use of the tic tac, kong2cat was also really good. Where abouts are you training? Only critisizm is that some of the moves (such as the vault) looked sloppy style wise. Of course very efficient so its only asmall point but something to improve.
