@Observer9951 yeah at the end though i was like WTF that sucks plus i thought main character was supposed to have some super ability against the Arume and that is why she was being hunted but no just touch telepathy which could be useful as a spy then reduce them to emotional wrecks on the floor lol don't get me wrong i loved the strory but it just seemed the plot moved too slow she did not even board the ship until episode 10'ish the one called revenge WTF its only 13 episodes.

I'd love to see the manga version made into anime - but I guess that is how things are. Manga version always differ "majorly" (does that word exist? lol)

Anyways, the manga of this happens to be far out awesome. It will blow your mind. Suggest reading Chilvary manga too, which is from the same artist. You'll luuuuuv it.

It takes place before the manga so the storyline is completely different.

well, one of the characters comes from a place where there is no male, so for her, its natural to love other girls. Even so, the whole story doesn't have any explicit lesbian things inside. I would rather classify it as Shoujo-ai, however, the term yuri became so popular recently that you can name shoujo-ai, yuri, even if there is no actual kissing and only implicit love.

@tenedria Shoujo ai is just a western term. Yuri means girls love, even if it's just implicit love, it can still be considered yuri. Besides. the basis of the yuri genre is similar to yaoi. SUBTEXT.

yuri officially = lily...but in that case, a slang and its definition changed over time. When I started watching this type of anime, it's definition was an anime with explicit girl on girl love, with at least one kissing scene. :/

But only a few years later I saw more and more people were using it to call whatever anime where there was something slightly lesbian going on. Than I even saw people calling themselves yuri in animes o.o.... I guess it just raised in popularity.
