yes,she is maiko satono(里乃）　from miyaka chou（宮河町）.

this dance is called 'gosho no oniwa',the garden of imperial palace in kyoto.

ive not really seen any others... but she is not a bad dancer from what i know must not be too bad to be doing small group shows...
