did u notice the 4 lights on the left side of the runway? it tells you the proper angle of attack as you land.

4 reds = you're too low

1 white + 3 reds = a bit low, rise up a little bit

2 whites + 2 reds = you're just right

3 whites + 1red = a bit too high, go down a little bit

4 whites = you're too high

just a little advise. nice landing though!

Get your throttle down early and maintain approach speed relevant to your aircraft. Full flaps and use your Air brake if your coming in over recomended KTS. Btw landing gear contributes by giving you drag. Oh and remember to flare.

Your throttle should control height and nose pitch speed for a stick landing.

ILS is different. Take a look at the simulator lessons if you cannot figure it out.

I just way to get cleared for landing then turn off the auto pilot and get the lights to the left of the run way to both turn white liket he saying "white one white your alright" it lets you know when you have a good angle at the runway bigger airports with towers dont usually have this

doesn't look like his first time flying a jet! Looks like he's been playing for quite some time now. There are no excuses why he mist the notes. You should take Flight Simulator serious even though its just a simulator.

Why do people always forget to arm the spoilers? and to engage the reverse thrust? To arm the spoilers, all you need to do is press shift+/ to arm the spoilers and to engage the reverse thrust, is i think F2 depending on your key setup. I actually have the Saitek controllers so i pull back on the thrust levers. The landing was great though.

manual approaches are alot more fun than ILS approaches when you get them down but though ILS helps get an instrumental feeling of the plane in a sense is easier than manual approaches

To answer your question he did use autopilot.

As for the landing the defalt FSX CRJ 700 does not have auto land but in this video the plane flew onto the runway.
