Well raids were better back then, but look at the bright side: Blizzard has since improved the lore in the game and the design of the new world zones is amazing, way better than it used to be.

There will be no more spam-healing and Rag is not gonna be changed same bad-ass look... blackrock mountain was allways supposed to be a cool spot to raid in but they forgot it now it comes to life again. Ofc 40 man was something incredible i miss that part very much, but i will be glad to kick rag ass again, and own deathwing. And spend my time in azeroth not outlands or northrends... and thats what i will be doing :D

True, but the 40 man raids back in those days were fun as hell. That and once you got to 60, there wasn't really that much to do aside from PvP, /2/ spam, questing and farming for gold, raising alts and uncovering the rest of your world map. Most of the content at end game (if not all) involved organising and carrying out a raid to unlock it.

I agree. Talking from a lorewise perspective, The Lich King is suppose to be the most powerful thing in Azeroth. Hell, he beat Illidan, and that was when he was still just Arthas...now that he merged with Ner'Zul he ought to be even more powerful.

Ice Crown should be a 40 man. There was something so cool about the need to have so many people and so much coordination. 25 mans still have their place I think, but I don't like the 40 mans being obsolete.
