Even when you finally have a party together, one or two are gonna leave after the first pull in which they wipe your party saying you can't play, while they suck at tanking (for instance).

Or they afk in the middle of combat, or they try tanking when they're a mage or a priest, or a healing druid tries tanking in bear form, or they don't let the casters and healers get mana, or they run away into other mobs and then drag them back, or the healer doesn't heal, so on and so forth.
