Why would a hospital take a spry teenage girl off of life support? Her system might fail on its own, but no doctor in a country that has phones would actually plan to 'let a teenager go'. Life support is only really a debatable subject with long term coma patients or those with little to no brain activity.

And what kind of cancer does she have? For her to go from her to go from apparently fine to her deathbed in three weeks is pretty hardcore.
