yup just like my high school. It is run by the dance class/club whatever it is so the judges know what to look for when the dancers go up and give them higher scores than musicians. Last year the best guitarist in school (who i think should really go for a record deal) played with his band and got straight 7's out of 10's while dancers got mininum 8's. And what was really sad was that a girl whent up and repeated a scene in a movie and everyone thought it was original and she got a perfect score

Technically not bad from the lead but very fuzzy sound on his rhythm parts, hip hop clothes don't match the Jackson though, get some metal threads if you wanna play this kind of music on stage. But all in all, two thumbs up, quite impressive for a high school band but forget covers if you even wanna dream about going anywhere with this.

Rhythm guitarist sounded way out of tune, but that may be the muddyness of the recording, bass sounded fine, lead was nice, i suggest when you do stuff like that you have the rhythm take there distortion right down, otherwise its toooo in ya face and thats never good. Some of the legato licks became a bit mushed cause of too much gain aswell. But its better than most satch covers.

That polka dotted V is NOT a Jackson. Looks like a Lee Garvin creationi or mabye Karl Sandoval. The kid must have bucks because those are top notch instruments. Jackson royally screwed up the Polka dotted Rhoads. They used the Jackson headstock not a harpoon headstock. The polka dots are too big and in the wrong location.  The bowties are too big. The toggle switch is also in the wrong location. Randy used DiMarzio PU's not Seymour.
