haha ive been smoking for a long time and i didnt really thin too much about it at first, but when hes saying things like how to inhale, and how to exhale through his noes, i realized that if you constantly exhale through your noes, you subsequently pass the smoke through your sinuses, which would obviously lead to more exposure, which would lead to more Absorption. :) funny stuff i like this video it makes me smile.
