Hard To Handle Otis Redding COVER

This tune has a signature lick, and the guitar is playing it wrong (minor 3rd on the way back down). The drum part has no reference to the original. The bass part is non-existent: it's like you want to shit all over the great soul bass players like Duck Dunn and James Jamieson, like they never existed or meant anything. The vocal is a bad Black Crows cover, which itself was like saying: Pat Boone was right!

If you're gonna reference to Otis Redding, at least listen to the original recording.

I had a chance to talk to Steve Cropper and he only had nice things to say about the great Otis. Good luck to the band and keep on doing your stuff, I don't think it was great but is was not bad either..
