Im most upset that Vick risked his entire career on something illegal rather than the fact that he actually fought dogs. I grew up in Mike Vick's neighborhood and I idolized him thru my teens. I looked at him as a sucess story and a way out the hood. Him and his brother just got too comfortable. And I like how all the heat is just on Vick and nobody said nuthin about the niggas that rolled over and snitched on him. Cuz 757 Bad Newz niggas don't tell on each other.
I believed in Vick more than anyone when he was playing. I defending him tooth and nail when he was being prosecuted. The problem I have with him is that he lied. He let it drag on longer than it should have and it destroyed us in 07. To me, it was a blessing in disguise. Yea, I miss those electric plays that he would make (mostly with his feet), but I can't tell you how happy it is for me to see a true pocket passer. We actually have a team now, vs. a one man show back in the day.
i know what you mean man. vick has payed his debts to society!, he's bankrupt and served 23 months...(i think thats what his sentence was). im pretty sure with just the going bankrupt part alone, he has learned his lesson. but still, his reputation is tarnished. not to many people will forget this incident. and not to many will be willing to hire him. and thats if he even gets reinstated. it's kinda ashame, he is a very ellusive qb.
It's a damn circus. Same thing with Barry Bonds a few years ago. ESPN and MLB have mutual interest so of course ESPN is gonna make Bonds look like a bad guy while MLB knew what was going on a long time ago and turned a blind eye to it.

The main reason I have a problem with Vick playing for the Cowboys is BECAUSE of T.O. & Pacman. I had a problem with them signing T.O. I had a problem with them signing Pacman too. But I don't make the decisions. All I can do is voice my disapproval when they make what I consider bad decisions. But a guy puts on the silver and blue I'll root for him to his best. What else can a fan do?

The Nfl should have bann rick williams and if you do a crime you should get a job your self. This is why I stopped watching ESPN a while ago.
