Sure a big weight for the her size etc but IMHO she's got poor posture on the bench, totally arched back (her butt actually totally lifts off the plank tch tch) compensating for extra weight and therefore reducing the focus on the muscle group she was aiming for....perhaps wear a belt, reduce the weight, flatten your back to the bench and focus on a perfect form for a full compression (down) and full extension (up) and get better results without as much risk of injury....

It doesn't matter how much you're benching if you have a bad form. Benching 135 with good form is better than benching 205 with shitty rom in my book.

@DharDeath 95% of the people that work out to build muscle DO IT WRONG. for example: when people drop the barbell and let that shit bounce it off theyre chest.that shit is wrong, most people dont know how to control the weight. and im not talking about that negative shit either.and sometimes depending on the person doing partial reps work better. one thing ima say bout this chick is tho she is kind of weak for being all juiced up. i spotted a girl today and she did 185 and touched her chest
