Good point, voting is hugely important and it should be encouraged.
But more important is being *informed*. Voting for someone when you don't understand what they represent is pointless, and it can even do damage. If you vote for a candidate, then hate what they actually do with the country, you're partly to blame for it.
DON'T VOTE FOR WHO YOU'RE TOLD TO. Research the candidates, don't rely on their own PR which is there to make them sound good and the other guy sound bad. Inform yourself

Yes, vote. If Republicans didn't fight every single effort to get more people to vote, that would be a good start.
How about a national holiday for election day?
