I don't understand why these two schools hate each other so much, I go to UGA and we have all of those things. HvZ, asian SGAs, video game clubs, etc...tech and Uga students should get along better IMO. Both are the best schools in the south and I'm sure we all have friends that attend one or the other. Side note, why is the voice sync so messed up? Your lips are kinda awkward when you talk, no offense lol. And why did u disable playback on mobile devices?

@xGore220 I'm not noticing a voice syncing issue. The lip thing you are noticing is probably a result of my jaw being misaligned. Corrective orthodontics fixed my teeth alignment, but now my upper and lower jaws are significantly misaligned. I'm supposed to have a surgery to shave off part of my lower jaw and pull my upper jaw forward, but I have to wait until my jaw stops growing which could be a couple more years. I fixed playback on mobile devices.

I'm sure xGore knows why the rivalry exists, but what I think what he is trying to get across is that nowadays, the rivalry is starting to get ridiculous because all it does is promote pointless hatred towards others just because they go to a different school than you do. They're funny mainly because they kinda prove all the negative stereotypes some Tech students hold against UGA. My only issue, however, is that I think the whole GT/UGA rivalry is idiotic and pointless. If you can't understand that school rivalries are simply for fun and don't really mean anything, then I can only suggest looking up the Wikipedia article on "Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate". There's more history than most people know. Also, in my experience, UGA students only make a big deal during the week of the game, GT students act like they hate UGA students all the time. Which, may just be my perception.

people might say shit to you, but as a CS major, I think this video is awesome. If there is something at Georgia Tech, it is diversity. Everyone is different, which allows for everyone to express themselves differently, and hence why we have 500+ student organizations. Make your card club, do all these things, and be yourself. Don't let people stop you from doing what you want, and posting your videos, because this is yours. You are yourself, they're probably not.

The undergrad college of engineering is ranked 4th in the country, and many of the individual departments are in the top ten. I can't recall the last time any of GT's sports teams were ranked that high - even momentarily. Saying the sports are the best thing about the university does the institution a huge disservice.

Who cares if you don't get "it?" There are much better things to worry about.
