What a horrible desecration of a beautiful song. Did Vangelis and Mary Hopkins even sign off on this? I wouldn't mind if it was a dance-able track, like Chicane did for Clannad's 'Theme from Harry's Game'.

It doesn't beat the original but its a great extension of its life and didn't destroy it in any way. I wouldn't mind randomly hearing this when out and about to reminisce a little seeing as the original isn't really party material now is it :)

Now as a true fan of Vangelis's work and also as a fan of trance music... i can only say this: These two genres should be kept separated at all times. Every attempt at "reviving" Vangelis in such manner is doomed in a long run. Yeah right, some (born in the 90's) might applaud it... at first... but they'll just say "WOW" at the wrong "artist" !
