There is a certain kind of "quirky nature" with humankind. i think it has to do with being outwardly successful and given to use dishonesty for one's own benefit. There are many "non sequitors" in the longer term generation of human kind. There is some possiblity that the Moon is livible; not on the surface but beneath the surface. If you do an analysis of the gravity field, it could have formed as a natural hollow shape. Guessing that the inside of the Moon was livable, it might be a far more stabile living environment than the Earth's surface. Maybe the Earth is like a crucible for the moon folks.
Its 60Hz lighting with PAL 50Hz camera, and is a product of compression coding artifacts. Its not noticeable on the un processed video. However during many of these recordings we have had major external interference. Some of these are mentioned in Part 2 of the Norman Baker MP interview.
