The most interesting new idea here is that low levels of SULPHUR can cause obesity. Without sulphur the muscle cells cannot use sugar for energy. So the sugar has to be converted to fat, which the muscles can use. This would mean all consumed carbohydrates would have to become fat before they could be used.
This is a sure fire route to obesity, even to people who eat ok.
Worse still the delay in obtaining energy, (making fat takes time) would lead to sugar cravings making things worse.
