dude i had one and the part that holds the back wheel on on the frame just behind the battery compartment it snapped right there on both sides but we put them through hell and back and they were great fun.
I just picked up that same scooter worth over $500, and another worth over $200 for $45. gotta love people that are moving and know nothing about anything electric other than it has an on switch :)
