  • Timeless excellence....what a great band..another Brit band overlooked in Canada...too bad for the others..but I enjoy them still...Bill is an great guitarist..as well as songster

  • Some reviews tells that AW and Futurama is unfinished records ? In mine point of view, IDIOTS :)

  • faultless tune, amazing riff and blistering solo just go to prove that this guy was an still is light years ahead of his time. his playing is simply perfect, just listen to it man. touch, tone, feel, note perfect, creative. the guy really did have it all when came to playing guitar.. apparently hes quite modest about it as well. the bastard.!

  • That was some deput album wasn't it? Bebop were truley great but hardly got any recognition Bill nelson is the most underated guy in British music history...WHY?...no one knows

  • Bill Nelson --- truly a underrated guitarist.

  • This is just so unbelievably great.

The first band I ever went to see live back in 1976.

    Pure magic.

  • From the EXCELLENT "Axe Victim" album....Coo-Ell!

Cabn you possibly find it in your heart to offer us MY ALL-TIME UBER-MEGA-ULTRA RAVE-FAVES "Third Flor Heaven" (with Janita Haan from BABE RUTH) & "Rocket Cathedrals" (By the way, just what IS it that then-bassist Rob Bryan was reciting ?- played backwards at the intro..)

    Thanx fer this, m8..

  • @BadNews88

Hi there : ) . . . thought you might like to know that the backward words at the beginning of 'Rocket Cathedrals' are (forward) :-

"Automatic destruction will commence on the mother planet" . . . the phrase is repeated several times and, in fact, it is the voice of Adrian Jones, a long serving member of the road crew at the time the recording was made at Air Studios on Oxford Circus, NOT Rob Bryan, who wrote the song.

How do I know?. . . I was there at the recording session : )

  • @Grayce1948 : That is very cool Grayce. This album kept me company through my fourteenth summer ... my first girlfriend, all that stuff. I love it now like I loved it then and you were there!

  • @Grayce1948 bloody hell !! Know a lot about Be Bop but this is the first time I've heard this!!Thanks for posting the info

  • Truly beautiful slice of guitar feedback at the end of this, still gives me goosebumps every time I hear it.

  • Gorgeous sound - evocative, emotive, sensitive, so Bill!!

  • Thanks - one of my favorite guitar solos.
