i understand u saying that these are predictions and that is based on stats and not necessarily talent. but if thats the way you're rating these guys, how in the world do you have ricky stanzi in at 12. he threw for 2417 yds and 17 tds last season in all games. ponder threw for 2717 yds and 14 tds with half the ints of stanzi PLUS he missed the final 4 games of the season....maybe u should rethink the way u built this list. stats wise, ponder, harris, and luck should definitely be in the top 10

No Andrew Luck? ESPN already predicts him to be no. 1 choice in the draft!! I saw all Elway's games and Luck is bigger(6-4), faster(think Terrel Pryor), just as strong or stronger arm, and ten times more touch than Elway; if he can have the last minute magic of Elway, will be All-Pro within a couple of years. If you watch video of him closely, you will see that almost all of his incompletes are drops or deliberate overthrows becauce there is usually a line backer underneath and d-back behind

what warrants John Brantley making the list? And why no Jacorry Harris/Andrew Luck and especially Christian Ponder? Ponder was ranked in the top 10 nationally in total offense per game before he was injured. Jake Locker is also way too low. Lol at Zach Collaros. But really, John Brantley at #5? @71babadie Well, my names Rutgers3795, so no im not. Anyway you have to remember i put this together dependent on how i think statistically every player will do next year. Even if Mallett is a better player (which I'm not sure about), this list is about stat predictions not level of play. Kellen Moore had a 39 TD to 3 INT ratio last year, and i predict him doing more of the same.

@bama5691 remember these are my predictions and this is for college quarterbacks. Yes, many are duel threat but thats what really defines CFB from the NFL nowadays. And if i'm not mistaken, Jake Locker has a very bad record as a starter so that's why hes not higher on the list
