  • Awsome !

  • That's awsome!!

    love it/

  • How much? Is this PNP?

  • goooooooood job

  • Single rod for the T-tail implies a weak structure. You could have easily uses a twin tail for greater strength and stability - and that too with a combined weight lesser than the single rod!

  • Respect!

  • omm y supieron porque es tan inestable en modo vtol?

  • @roboflyguy This comment is not very funny Dude. It is very offensive to anyone who understands what Jesus Christ has done for us. You obviously do not. He died so that we might live beyond this mortal life.

  • @Sixalienasa Anyone who understands what Jesus Christ was even about should have been able to turn the other cheek.

  • @schlusselmensch Jesus Christ teaches me that I should always stand up for what is right and testify of the things which I know to be true. It is against Gods Commandments to take His name in vain.

  • @Sixalienasa Only for Christians LOL.

  • @Sixalienasa That is where you are wrong amigo, it applies to all of Gods children. It is a Commandment not a request. If you violate it then there is an accountability.

  • you did it! the flying car is here!

  • 2:03 that thing is so frigging cute looking... taxiing around...

  • dannggg dude, i want one!!

  • muy bueno! habeis conseguido la transicion en vuelo?

  • Pwns RCpowers

  • good

  • good

  • Gran trabajo chicos! :)

  • it got broke!

  • Interesting variation of the vtol plane concept popularized by the V-22 osprey.. Seems stable enough, nice work!

  • Bravoo complimenti !

  • Ha!!! I loved your testing on the top of the car!!!!LOL!!! Brilliant!!!!

  • Ole.. wow wonderful video this one:) thats an awesome vertical take off rc plane:) great job for the maker:)

  • Part 2 soon? :P

  • mükemmel bişey hem uçak hem helikopter

  • Cool!

  • Nice video. Good luck with your project.

    PS website is down

  • nice VSTOL you have there. it looks like an RC plane the army would used or some. plus it reminds me of the V-22 osprey. Keep up the good work!

  • good design, but may I know whay you cut the video at the end, i would love to see how it would fly:D

  • Awesome work guys!! Five stars

  • Well, it takes off in two configurations, but can it transition from one to another AFTER takeoff?

  • @daddydeathsmack I was about to ask the same thing. It never showed transition from vertical to horizontal.

  • @fubleduck that is the most advanced test they should do, and they do say "to be continued"... :-)

  • Just get an helicopter.....

  • good stuff

  • the T-tsil design needs to be dropped, use an H tail configuration, those are such cool tails :)

  • excuse me, can you tell me (WHITH E-MAIL) if ther's a project.. for construct it?

  • Do you have gyros in there?

  • Of course: 3 gyros. More information at AeroVertical website.

  • @jruip and those gyros does not affect the plane mode flight?

  • The concept may not be new, but it's been built from scratch with a relatively low budget. How many millions did the US blow on designs that went nowhere. The hovering was particularly impressive. In flight transition would be nice to see in the future.

  • I'd really like to see a takeoff where it transitions from horizonal thrust to vertical, and back to horizontal.... I guess it would be a bit like deploying massive blown flaps...

  • Guys, you don't need all those bells and whistle computers to develop this thing.

If you have the power ( you do) and the controls and CG correct ( you do I think)and a gyro in each axis, it should fly.

There's no live pilot, so kill the cheesy music, reach down and grab your balls and then fly the bitch.

  • This type of convertiplane design is nothing new. The U.S. Air Force and various Canadian firms built full size machines similar to this in the 1960's. How 1960's technology will "compete" with the modern Osprey is what I want to know. There is an Air and Space Museum in Canada somehwere( Toronto?) where older tilt wing planes are on display.

They are amazing and would make a cool scale RC model, just not sure how groundbreaking any of this is.

  • can it go from a heli to a plane in mid air

  • Dont be such a pussy about it.. Fly the fucking thing.

  • Yea I think it did crash because right b4 they said to be continued it was heading strait for a pole.

  • SWEET............ GgOoDd JjOoBb GgUuYySs

  • it must have crashed

  • i hope you get it all the way to the stores!!!

i really want one with testing in sight not just a picture on a box!!! :D

  • i want one. i want one pick me, i want one!

  • Mounting it to a car to check aerodynamic characteristics... thats using your head.

    Nicely done guys.

  • "To be continued" is a code phrase for "it crashed!"

  • hahahahahahaha i wonder if you are right

  • that is realy cool i wish i could make an rc vtol plane by myself good job guys :)

  • is a very good vtol aircraft

  • Amazing! and you make it look so easy which I bet it isn't.

I wanna build my own airplane out of spare RC parts (not a VTOL) but just anything really simple. Where should I begin?

  • In my vid's I have the VTOL Turbine. Can't wait for the day someone does a turbine power VTOL RC Harrier. MMM, that will be so so nice.

  • Other Aerovertical's models under development are based on another concepts of the broad range of this exciting VTOL world. In this first stage they all are electric powered and will shared some core components: electronics, sensors, etc.... So, in the next future, why not a turbine power RC set?.

    Jruip / aeroVertical

  • @jruip istn't that a similar thing like the silverlit V Jet?

  • Have you gotten it to convert yet? Nice video and everything.

  • Part II... Coming soon!! ;-)

    Jruip / AeroVertical

  • Did you manage conversion?

  • felicitaciones!!!! Y vamos con la continuacion!!

  • Very interesting design.

  • nice! its like a real v22 osprey!

  • argh cliffhanger!

  • Thanks for your interest and... sorry, Roidroid ! ;-). Our intention was to transmit the same expectancy and cliffhanger that this exciting research involves. Anyway we can tell you that there is a happy end!! :-)))

    Jruip / AeroVertical

  • wens the continued bit
