Excellent explanation. I think your approach would be very welcome by the Westerners who always think in terms of "scientific analysis" or "scientific evidence"; whereas the Easterners tend to take the series of movement as a whole. I particularly like your way of expressing "inward" and "outward" of energy, which indeed is all Tai Chi is about.
Highly recommended video (but a little bit of patience is needed).
