uv obviously never been on a real trail. downhills can put you in excess of 30 miles an hour easily. you ever had someone thow a 200lb rock at your head at 30 miles an hour....didnt think so.

Great advice but people should consider full face helmets. Yeah, they are big and heavy but they can save you a couple thousand dollars on face surgery. BTW, I think this girl is wearing her helmet way too loose. In case of a real accidente that helmet wouldn't stay in place...
