@Tralalalia It was so exhilarating being able to follow everyone else around you step by step ... so much fun !! and the songs our dancer played for us were soo upbeat motivating that it didn't really feel like you were exercising !! you burn soo many calories !! I have a bodybugg, and in the hour it took for us to dance our routine, my bodybugg logged in 1,000 calories burned !! It will kick your butt the first time around (it did so with me haha) but you'll eventually fall in love with it ^_^
