After they finished their set, probably the greatest I had ever seen of any band, on came the Doobies who played a couple of tunes while watching most of the audience leave. Feat is one of a KIND That WORTHLESS Rock Hall of Fame did not induct class bands like this as well as Doobies, Los Lobos, Steve Miller, Steve Ray Vaughn, Tower of Power, Average White Band, War, Rascals, Spirit, Paul Revere and the Raiders They inducted bland U2, Iggy Poop Cure, Prince and so forth So this means the Rock Hall is not bonafide. My dad died when I was 5. One of my only memories is of him bringing over his buddies over and picking up his guitar and they totally owned a Little Feat cover. If I didn't have that memory, I'd be applying to medical school now like my stepdad wanted. Instead, I'm following my dreams by making music, and I got dad's guitar in a glass case on the wall. I saw these guysin 1972, in Memphis at the Overton Park band shell, backing Bonnie Raitt and then doing their own set,. Lowell tore the ploace up. I had never seen or heard such ass shaking boogie. I was able to see them perform three times later especiall good was the "Waiting on Columbus" tour, I gavemy son my vynal records and turned him and his buddies on to Little Feat, Being at Ole Miss down south, they were amazed at the sound. Lowell was a genius, but the band was great as well.
