  • how much did the tuner cost ?

  • @jddd245 More than you can afford, pal.

  • No thats pretty good for the v6 of that year! If you Want slow let me up load my 89 Dodge Dakota 3.9L v6! Top Speed 88mph! LOL Beast Mode!

  • take her to the track i wanna see what times she runs

  • doesn't the tuner hurt your engine or transmission?

  • I count about 20 seconds to go from 65-110.

  • what were your mods at the time besides the tune?

  • Did you Jmod your transmission?

  • bro get your comp chipped and knock out that governor and it'll help i did it to my 97 before i started rebuilding it and that alone was enough for my stock v6 to keep up with my friend 96 gt

  • You have 989194 miles on that car? Damn! And nice vid btw

  • @shane11rz 98,919.4 lol

  • Comment removed

  • and thats why i got the 2001 ford mustang gt :)

  • I also have a sct tune:) BAMA<3

  • my g35 would kill it.

  • yea my moms v6 all stock stang would beat this!

  • lol for a V6 it diden't do bad. but i got a GT with a V8 and i can tack out that speedometer all the way to 150MPH within seconds. but really that V6 got some power. good job dude

  • wow dienamicproductions sure does talk alot of shit even though he doesnt even have a car. post some video's to back up your shit talk.

  • @Inuyashatg98 haha i actually have 4 cars thanks. i have an 02 rsx type S running at 17 psi right now. a 2007 300C stock. a 01 mustang and a 03 g35. so i think i can talk plenty shit..:D

  • @DIENAMICProductions where are the videos? i can say that i own a rx-7 and a viper. but that doesn't mean that i actually have them... of course you own 4 cars in high school. maybe when you grow a pair and don't have to be a little dick about everything and make up all this bullshit i'll believe you.

  • @Inuyashatg98 haha if i was lieing i would say i had like brand fuckin new cars. all super charged...

  • Nice Video. I have an 03 pony with a V6. It picks up good and tops off at 114. Your mustang sure isn't slow. Fuck all the haters talkin shit. Tell them to pull up to the line and we'll see who gets left in the dust.

  • Cavalier

  • lol 8 seconds to hit 100km... haha wow.. little pony :).

  • I say it's slow because my 99 anniv edition bone stock with my love and care will hit 110+ much quicker

Let me know about that chip stuff, does it affect your tranny? Your trans shifts a smidgen quicker then ours, do want. I wanna put a separate trans cooler it doesnt break em free in 2nd once the engines warm :(

  • hey with the sct tune do you just plug it in and go and does it by itself? or do you have to set it or what? like how do you make it so you get better horsepower and do you have to have the sct tune on constantly to have the benefits?

  • @XSoulscarz53X You plug it into the OBDII port and follow the on-screen instructions. The tune is permanent until you remove it.

  • automatic? holly fuck thats slow

  • @DIENAMICProductions Please elaborate on why you think this is slow for only having a tune and exhaust.

  • @macmogul mince is stock and it WILL beet it

  • @DIENAMICProductions What? Minced beets?

  • @macmogul does it hit 3rd a little earlier than the stock tune? i feel like mine gets closer to 80 in second, and definitely pushes redline a little more.

  • @DIENAMICProductionsMINE is stock and it will beat it

  • @macmogul Because it moves like a V6.

  • @DIENAMICProductions man thats good for you its still a mustang.stop talkin shit

  • @DIENAMICProductions you fuckin stupid! its a v6 my v6 probably is a little slower

  • @madde78273 i have an 01 v6 and its alot faster.. by like 1.7 secs..

  • @DIENAMICProductions dont forget its a 3.8...not really a performance motor...its pretty damn quick for mostly stock

  • hahah awesome. Makes my old 94 3.8 seem totally gutless. hope you kill a GT at a stoplight drag. nothin better than kicking a v8's ass and showing them 1.2 liters and 2 cylinders less than they got. 3.8's get no respect and they're a damn good motor if you put the money into them. rawk on man. rawk the fuck on.

  • @Nitehawk770 you put money into anything it could be good. but am a V6 owner and i love kicking the shit outta V8 ass with only a CAI from american muscle and some flowmasters.

  • nice video :)

  • 989 thousand miles!!!!!!

  • @S9RiDeRs no that's 98.9 thousand miles... (well its over 107 thousand now, but who's counting)

  • yea now i see the point between the last two numbers

  • you could have hit 120 easy with all those mods!

  • @mitch9521 I could have! If I had more road! LOL

  • Nice car bro; What type of SCT tuner do you have? Livewire?

  • @drc1981 I have the XCalibrator 3

  • Thanks; Was it a pretty easy install for one of those? And did you notice a big difference in performance?

  • Yep you just plug it in and follow the on-screen instructions. Huge performance increase with the auto transmission. Using horsepower calculators I've determined it went from 145-150 wheel horsepower stock to 185-190 wheel horsepower with the tune.

  • Wow; that's great; I'll have one of my own on order soon. haha

  • Wow Good job on your upgrades much better time on this one=) Later bro!

  • ive been looking into the SCT for a while now, can you say you were happy with yours?

  • @voltwings Extremely happy

  • wow this one was faster than your older one. what mods?

  • wow in your first video your car has about 50k miles now it has about 100k, what services have you done it since you got it, and mods?

  • Kept up with regular oil changes and other basic maintenance. Only mods since the last video were a rework of the exhaust to remove the two rear cats and the tuner from SCT. (I also did some suspension and brake mods but that doesn't pertain to going fast in a straight line lol) Two weekends ago I ran a 15.6 at the local strip. Stock I ran a 16.7 back in 2006 so the car is obviously running better at 100k miles than when I got it at 17k hahahaa

  • You over-revved a little in 1st gear....

  • Its an automatic. The tuner changed the shift points to maximize power.

  • I know it's an auto, but is over-revving the engine such a good idea? Plus, your 2-3 shift seemed a little low and sluggish initially. Not dissing or anything, just making observation.

  • It doesn't necessarily maximize power, just helps it start off in 2nd gear a bit sooner.

  • Higher shifting rpm dumps you into 2nd closer to the powerband = maximizing power. Its really simple.

  • I still think your car shifts a bit quick out of first... A tad sooner and you'd avoid the wheels from temporarily slipping.

Can you change the shift points yourself, or does all that come with the tune? (I have a 2000 'Stang myself, just wondering for my own curiousity)
