not EVERY pet store dog comes from a puppy mill people, i got my poodle from one and he came with AKC papers and i got them and a letter in the mail from his BREEDER. so there you go!! stop assuming these dogs are from a puppy mill. Im not saying they are or arent dont get me wrong and i do realize that some if not most cases are pet store= puppt mill but that is not ALWAYS the case.

I'm japanese...but this is kind of fucked up. I know this video is to show the puppies....but I didn't know they keep them in small rabbit cages with a vent and toilet paper...man I feel like buying them just to save them from that confined space.

As much as I love being able to see cute puppies every time I go to the pet store. I know that they came from a puppy mill, and I just cant support that. A Local pet store stopped selling their puppies because they were all dying of disease and malnutrition. I agree with Starshine1396

those puppies may be cute, and they are, but you should never buy them from a pet store because then you are supporting a puppy mill, which is where they most likely came from. poor little guys :(

buy from a responsible breeder or adopt from a shelter!

@CeliahProductions It depends. It's common for them to be killed if they get too old, but I have heard some shelters take them. Really, it's not about saving the individual puppy, it's about saving millions in the long-run. If you boycott pet stores, they go out of business and then they can't sell anymore puppies. If the pet stores can't sell puppies, the puppy mills have nowhere for their puppies to go. The puppy mills go out of business too, and then they stop producing puppies...

i have the "teddy bear dog" tt is the shitz tzu... but mines light brown :) she does not bite... shes a calm n caring dog:) my best friend in my whole life..unfortunately... she died of a diesease..

a "teddy bear" is a mutt, a shitz tzu/bichon mix. and most of the time these poorly bred mixes die because they come from puppy mill...which is where ALL pet store dogs come from, US, UK, Japan or China...doesnt matter, when selling them in mass quantity they are puppy mill dogs. it's sick
