  • honestly my name is chris morris and I only just looked my name up on youtube.

....can somebody explain this video to me.

  • This is funny, because it makes me think. Is this really how the world is today? Are people really this crazy and are these things happening in real life? I think this world is becoming more and more like it is shown in Jam. These sketches might look stupid and unreal, but this is really how the world is changing. There are really insane things happening, if you just read the latest news.

  • great...morris' satire is for the ages....the rest of us are scrambling to keep up

  • I keep watching this clips. Trying to find whats so funny. Nothing. I can see the point.the hidden or obvious meanings behind some. Others are just out to cause as much offence to some folk and nothing else. But none of it is funny. Brass Eye THAT was much funnier than this. Four Lions was much funnier than this. This, as comedy, sucks.

  • Don't get the people who say this isn't funny. I laughed A LOT when I saw this...Comic genius

  • damn, the Aimee Mann song worked so much better. :(

  • See, only Chris Morris could make a mother murdering several people because her daughter lost at Musical Chairs to the sound of ambient music so...great!

  • @hotelmario510 No. I think if anyone else did it, EXACTLY the same, it would be called out for what it is. Cack. BECAUSE Morris has done it it gets more credit than it deserves. I think the only joke that Morris makes in this is making his arse lickers look silly defending it. Hes THAT kind of genius, its just his style.

  • @Tiwaz81 Your opinion.

  • people always go on about this show as if it's really deep and meaningful, a real gem in television for it's subtle analysis of human nature and it's dark side........be that as it may, none of that stuff is funny, it's a comedy for christ sake dark subject matters and soft, eery music isn't funny without a light hearted side, it's downright creepy

  • @darkaardvark7 It's dark comedy, with a hint of existentialism added in. So yeah, it's kind of deep.

  • @hotelmario510 things that are deep don't tend to make you laugh, they make you think. that isn't funny, you'll either be pleasantly enlightened or (more likely) vigorously unsettled. my point being things that are dark and meaningful don't belong in a comedy show

  • @darkaardvark7 They do in Jam.

  • @hotelmario510 and that's why it's still a thriving, popular comedy show to this day

  • "Way to take it too far, Mum."

  • Hahahaha, pure class.

  • what the fuck?!

  • Absolute classic! though I did prefer the Aimme Mann song with this clip. it seemed more surreal.

  • wow

  • Which song did you change it to? I like this one.

  • good party

  • What did she hit that little girl with? Can't quite tell.

  • @imlan123 I think she shot her.

    Yeah, don't ask.

  • Genius (I've been posting this on most jam sketches)

  • This is beautiful, tragic and sublime

    Totally agree with you raVe....

    What is the song playing?

  • "Wise Up" by Aimee Mann. A stripped down piano version, anyway.

  • Great thanks for posting!

  • people always say that The Day Today or Brass Eye are the most satirical works but, Jam is to me, is by far the most. It's satirical towards humanity on a whole and seems to be from a mind thats angry and sad about it.

  • @raVe4theslaVe Or just a sick and fucked up individual, a singleton, with but a singularity of soul/ human emotion in his homosapien cauldron.

  • @raVe4theslaVe jam was a poor imitation of blue jam
