Woman get free days when they having a baby. 70% of the woman want a man with a job. That's because most woman don't want to work full-time. I believe they underestimated the work. What those woman are doing is taking the jobs of men who have to take care of a family. So what's happening is that people stop having babies. That means pension companies should be worried. Because without a next generation, they go bankrupt. Woman should work full-time or not at all.

Having a child is a choice. Populating the world is not a right. If you choose to put off children for a career, good for you. If you choose to put off your career for children, good for you.
