I wish Treyarch cooperates with the producers of this movie, give them their zombie storyline (including Nikolai and the rest of course!) and make a movie. However the zombie storyline is not finished yet but they can create a second movie afterwards! Like outpost II!

Excellent movie. First class gun battles. Slightly far-fetched but definitely enjoyable to watch. I'm sure if you showed this film to 30 different people you would get 30 different interpretations of what the fuck the phantom SS platoon is doing there. I took it as them being metaphysical entities not zombies. If they were zombies, who the fuck are all the bodies in the basement?

@jak4chan No, not just by a headshot. Zombies do die if you hit their hearts. You should know that, I think they even mentioned it in some of the zombie movies I've watched. This is a great zombie-movie experience. Many people loved watching this movie, I dont see how 1 detail would ruin the whole thing. You know, they didn't shoot the zombies on the mountain, they couldn't actually see them clearly in the fog. So, I'd say that not many of the soldiers shot a zombie so it would die.

But the people that are killed by a virus and reanimated as the dead can be killed with head shots because the brain controls the nerve system and muscle and the virus controls the brain. The virus would have to kill the person and reanimate them with a hunger of flesh which would be crazy difficult to do even if it was possible. . . but who knows it could be out there already for real.
