Off topic I know, but plz help with this. My computer has like little fuzzy blurry waves that wont stop juggling. You when you get a magnet or a phone near a computer that sound it makes and then the screen goes a little fuzzy. Thats EXACTLY what its doing. Dunno if its a virus or what but plz help its really annoying -_-

@MissSweetheart1201 it could be that your screen isn't plugged in right, i know cause a single loose cable can do things like that.

Hey can you help me out? I just updated my laptop due to problems but when i loaded the screen my resolution was off and it will only let me set it too 1024*768 or 800*600. I've tried updating my "Unknown Device" in Device Manager but it would not let me. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

@ThePATRIOT8597 First off yes I know how to fix this and second it's know not no [I know I take grammer seriously]

Here's what you do, Right click on the Start bar, then if you see a button that says Lock The task bar and it's checked, un-check it then drag the bar to where you want it on your screen and voila, problem solved.

is 320x240 better than 640x240 or is line doubling have the same output result ?

@Paperclown well here's how it works, when working at 320x240 your dealing with less pixels, however for the computer it's great cause that means it has less work to do. now runing 640x240 that just widens the screen and will have a pixel effect unless the resolution is 16:9 rather than 4:3

the monitor on my arcade machine maxes at 800x600 and it keeps trying to default to 1024 so i get a black screen out of frequency i cant figure out how to do a Screen Resolution Restore.

@Paperclown hmmm i couldn't tell you how to do that. i don't know much on arcade machines, however my suggestion is to look into the bios [system settings] and try and reset it there.

Yes it does that sometimes with a game but when I played America;'s Army 3 and it froze,I had to use VGA mode because the others are broken and shows a black screen.

When I fix it on VGA it turns into a black screen but ends after I restart it.

if circles look like ovals then try the 1024x768 if it's like mine 1280x720 then you may need to get a graphics card [if possible] cause it doesn't give you that many options via windows 7

I'm having this same problem, my resolution i always used way 1024 by 768. Its still there but my screen is all messed up like you had. I tried what you said but it didnt work. I have a second monitor thats 800 by 600, but it wont let me change it.

my moniter falls in 20" and larger. i believe it was at 1600X1200 because personally what im looking for may fall between 1680x1050 and 1600x900. the larger one is deff.inately too small out and the 1600x900 is a little too big vertical wise and isnt clear like how i had it. 1600x1200 was prob. the default but its not on the slide. how can i make it this and see?

maybe you could use 800x 600, or maybe get a graphics card that can handle the bigger size [look in the manual for your monitors resolution] if that dosen't help then P.M. me here and i'll help ya.

Go into the video settings and select the screen resolution to your screen size (mine is 1280X720)
