Westminster is the English & British parliament, whats more is that there is really no quarrel with the west Lothian question other than by labour whom need to MPs, as the SNP grows more popular that will change. Please campaign for an independent England or tell you local MPs to support Scottish independence as Scotland has been trying to leave the Union for decades and anything that can speed this up makes me and most Scots with a brain happy! Just a thought but surly the lack of an English Parliament could be taken to the European Court of Human Rights, under Article 14 of the European Convention of Human Rights. I know a lot of you lot are europhobic, still seems a lot easier than trying to get English Democrats elected, or handing in petitions.
