This song is special to me as it takes me another time hanging out at my parents house cranking up old country greats by Hank through to Jim Reeves with Slim Whitman Cole Wilson Jimmy Rogers plus many more thrown in.

One of the all time best country artist. I had 23 of his albums. This was from one of the best. Seems funny that it was on the RCA Camden label. They usually put songs on the Camden label that weren't considered good enough to wear the RCA label.

I have a Marty Robbins Spotlight TV show in which Hank guests and Marty tells Hank that he is his favorite singer. There's a nice touch on the show where Marty impersonates Hank and Hank can barely sing for laughing.
Super comments and fantastic song. Curious about lyrics. Singer wants woman Indian madien. Did he confront and kill the chief and husband? Indian madien at one point just seemed to appear. So glad to hear people appreicating great music, Hank Snow, not being playing on most radio stations.
Hank did not have to wear a cowboy hat and cowboy boots, unlike those fakes today. All he had to do was sing and you knew damn well he was COUNTRY WESTERN......

One of the best of Hanks later songs. That whole alum is wonderful. The steel playing on this song is outstanding, and done by Kayton Roberts.

This one has lovely pace. Nice to hear the ivory tinkling of Floyd Cramer here. (I assume its him anyway)
