This song IS about Cannibalism.

Armin Meiwes was a 41 year old computer administrator that posted Ads

For a young boy between 18 and 30 with a normal build to be butchered and eaten so he did it.

The song came about when one of the members brought in a newspaper with the headline about Armin and his cannibalism. The band just basically said "SHIT GUYS, WE HAVE TO WRITE A SONG ABOUT THIS" And THAT is how Mein Teil came about.
