There are a couple of wraiths that you can just walk up to and use them. Although they are almost useless because there are not enough enemies. But they are easliy obtained on kikowani station.

@Dattebayo16 what they dont tell you in the vid is that you must hold down rb crouch to where it doesnt say boarding then mellee him you only get a split second to do this practice on security where a wraith always drops cause at first it is hard but after a while you wont even need a 2nd player

ive tried to do this alone on lost platoon by myself and it semms impossible i have the plasma pistol and the carbine i stun the driver with the pistol then i go on top and open his hatch and his shields and i crouch on the wraith where it doesnt say rb and i hold rb and pull right trigger and it doesnt do anything

The reason why it's hard to do is because Bungie attempted to fix that glitch from Halo 3. In Halo 3, it was much easier to do. You need to make sure you knock the driver's shield off and shoot him in the head with a carbine or sniper so it kills him while you are holding RB. If you are in the right position, you should be able to get inside the wraith.

Actually, it's more likely to work by yourself because only the connection host can drive the wraith so if you're by yourself then you're always connection host so you can drive the wraith 100% of the time. If it's Recon you're after, you should know that to get Vidmaster Endure, you have to do it with 4 other players on Xbox Live. So you're never going to get Recon unless you do it with other people which by your logic would make it easier getting the wraith. So you just owned yourself.
