As a centrist, I usually find conservatives a bit difficult to listen to and talk to but I agree with your comment. People tend to look for solutions based on party lines more than anything else. If only more people could understand that and not trust their lives on voting their power away to an elite.

Actually we didn't here many voices because our craptastic media pretty much blackballed dissent on the airwaves. I did hear Congressman Kucinich chairing a panel on C-Span and Senator Byrd give an impassioned speech. Even many of the 911 victims families objected, me included. Did they show the protests, rallies, speeches? Sorry the American public never got to hear the debate.

Politics is over man. The whole purpose was to show us that no one political leader can save us.

This country will be taken back by voting with our dollars, with the purchases of sustainable and healthy food and products. This is the most efficient way to change the world.
