  • Bad Song.

No techno music. No modern instruments.

Their Dil doesn't know Google. They r still searching.

The hero doesn't have abs. The song could have become comedy if he would have removed his shirt. Sallu is much better.

Who is that pensioner budhha watching the couple all the time? By the way, the couple is not doing anything watchable.

This place looks green. What kind of uncrowded place is this with plenty of trees? Is it spl effect?

  • One unforgetable actor India ever produced.. Great in every sense of it

  • really dil dhoonta hai fursaat key raat din!!! the osm days of childhood!!!!

  • Movies like Mausam are life time movies and so are the actors and lyrics. Above all credit goes to the director who turned this simple formula story into a block buster with only two actors. Its in my collection and after watching it for 90 times still have a long. each and every dialogue is tailor made and apt.

Whenever, one feels like watching this movie, one should be in the company of ....................... nature and none else.

  • what one could say about a song of this sort ? A great combination of words, music, and represetation : which pulls me towards my own past which is almost the same as is depicted in this video & I too begin saying "dil dhoondta hai phir wahi .."

  • i watched this movie in murree pakistan in 1988 i was spending vacation then i wa s onl 15 i always remember these days .... di dhondta he pher wohi fursat ke raat din these lines of great poet asadulah kahn galib

  • like this song a lot

  • I liked it so much and sing. one of my favourite

  • An excellent song,when ever i listen i gets lost.it is physiotherapy.

  • Mirza Assadullah Khan Ghalib has written this beautiful poetry because only a muslim can write good poetry. you can look into the new songs which r not written by muslim poets thats why u can throw them into Recycle Bin.

  • @rizwankhann You must be crazy.. to think that only can write beautiful Poetry... you are like a frog in a well. Cant compare any of the current songs with the great poets. Current songs are money making machines.

  • What a beautiful song by Gulzar and sung excellently by Lataji and Bhupinderji. And the picturisation was great. Have always liked this song & enjoyed.

    A Vijaykumar

  • What a Great Hindustani film song.

Sadly, we don't hear such great songs anymore

  • Sanjeev Kumar, the pride of Bollywood.

  • One of the most heart touching songs .. the lyrics.. the composition of music.. the singers.. and the collective representation of this song pulls a person more and more deeper in the memories.

  • Plz correct, the first line of this song"DIL DHOONDTA HAI PHIR WOHI"is wrriten by Mirza Asadullah khan GALIB but the rest of the poetry is by Gulzar....Enjoy

  • lovely track

  • can u upload '''seekho tu seekhain tumhian piyar ka sabak, sapney dikhain dekho khuli palak''...I can't find it anywhere

  • I agree with nafryk like they say in the poetic world the Zameen is of Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib and to this even Gulzar will have to agree -

  • Fantastic song from movie MAUSAM(1975)

    MUSIC: Madan Mohan

    Lyrics: Gulzar

Singer : Lata Mangeshkar & Bhupinder

  • I think the poet of this mavellous sons is Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib not Gulzar sahib. Although Gulzar Sahib is also a great lyricist and I an also a great admirer of him but GIVE THE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE.Thanks,Nafees

  • No doubt, this duet of Lata Mangeshkar & Bhupinder will remain in the heart s of their admirers. Late Madan Mohan composed this tune in a very unusual and difficult way. Both the singers not only performed well but also made this song unforgettable. What a pleasureto listen to this marvellous composition of my favourite composer. It is pure satisfaction. Lata ji your voice is something we need to feel. It is comfort and more over sedation. Dear Rock you are great.(4rth March 2011)

  • Excellent

  • The music of great Madan Mohan, lyrics by Gulzar, singers Bhupendra & Lata Mangeshkar, picturised on great actor Sanjeev Kumar & Sharmila Tagore what else you need for making and picturising a perfect song. That is the reason why we listen to these songs no. of times and every time we feel that we are listening to them afresh. This song is more than 35 years old. Nowadays, songs have no longivity, we listen to them and forget them.

  • @cudayafter very true. who remembers the crap that came out even in say 1999? my collection spans 1944 to the late 80s. rd burman and LP were the last best composers.
