quick question. i am EXTREMLY interested in buying this marker have been for a while. my question is. if i buy the t68 with a remote line adaptor will it still come with a nitrogen/co2 tank? im only asking becouse i am new to the sport dont have any equipment laying around

everything is optional on these markers. you kind of build your own package depending on how much you want to spend. For instance, RAP4.com has them for $560 plus $17 shipping. (marker, bag, 3000psi in-stock tank)

T68paintballgunsDOTcom has a special for same package for $370 free shipping. it is refurbished but nearly new.

I have a Rap4 T68 splitfire, With A 5 ounce Buttstock kit And a red dot sight. And it is the best marker ever. Take advice from an experienced player. I would not use any other Marker.

damn. thats a lot of mags ur carrying. haha. i usually just carry 7 at most w/ a side arm. 4 mags w/ side arm if the games goes faster then expected. yea. mag fed rules.

I think the real advantage is being able to switch from cheap paint in the hopper to a better quality paint in the Mag.

Here's a solution.... buy a 250 round hopper instead, save your money. The biggest "feature" of this marker is the magazine (watch the video again, 2/3 of it is just about the extra 18 shots, don't need a sidearm, etc) when the kids watching this can buy an eight dollar hopper for whatever marker and get the same result.

Also, it's a marker. Not a gun.

Lastly, "...and it can be used at ANY paintball field..." site your sources.

listen a magazine isnt for cosmetic or milsim uses only. i use magazine fed markers to save money on paint, instead of using your "250 round hopper" i am limited to an 18 round magazine which forces me to pick my shots. also magazines take more space than a 140 round pod so i am limited on the amount of paint i can carry. a great aspect of t68 is that it go from mag to hopper in case you feel like spraying or "clearing out a room". think before you post bs on a great product.

There is something that is bothering me. It is that in the diagram you show a little nob and in the real thing it is a dial which takes a lot longer, I actually think the nob would be a lot better and faster.

the only reason i can think of to use this amazing concept is with first strike rounds but there isnt a conversion kit out for the t68 yet so this is just a waste of cash

The T68 Split Fire is compatible with first strike rounds. All it needs is the magazine - we are holding this off until the first strike rounds solve these 2 problems. 1. there are too many complaint about the first strike rounds being banned from fields. 2 the plastic fin part of the first strike rounds are cutting people skins.

The Special Edition T68 is nothing really special, except the Mods mounted onto it and thats it.

that's why it's called the special edition.haha.the only real reason it's special is because of the barrel. you don't really see these barrels on any other marker except for this particular marker. also, it's cheap.

Reminds me of the T9 and T8, but a little better just because on the t9 and t8 you have to twist the barrel, this would be a lot faster and easier.
