i think that is a random number generator that his uncle assembled. i saw a patch cable port marked TTL which is a digital output and the red seven segment display showing random numbers kinda gives it away.

you have to struggle to find something realy good, that's why I buy on usa based online stores or in german shops...

Germany has real good store for elctronic components to build your own noisy box...
