u know how lucky some of us are that we actually know what real music is,lets be real i stop listening to crap on the radio these days and i luv music.Rap i totally lost intrest in cuz its not the same,all the songs are either about money they dont have,hoes they cant get,or whateva,so please God when i die,please have real music upstairs waiting for me,lol

i liked jody because she had her own style.even though she won a grammy she was under rated to me. when you look back at her videos and her style back then people copied her.

a psycho once sent me a tape with this song recorded on both sides after that pshyco had left me hanging out of fear that l was not in love too, well, that psycho like, stalked me for years, but l found something better, this song is a reminder of a triumph for me, l did not give in to a beggar. -l thought about replying to that psycho with a tape with "Looking for a new love" by Ms Watley too...

I still love Jody. Her voice has that candy-stripped appeal, a little monotone and nasaled but I just like it. I wish Shalmar would do a reunion while they are still relatively young and able to function. I hope they don't try to do it on walkers when its to late....lol. just kidding.

I feakin miss he late 80's. Early 90's too! I was born in 76 and I wish I could go back to it all. Kids, listen to us old folks. Enjoy your youth now. Take full advantage of every opportunity, silly or not. Ask her or him out! Go to that party. Just kiss em! Don't wait. I know you feel on top of the world now but trust us, that sensationalism wont last forever. When your 30 and its all over you will regret all kinda things when hear the songs back from your day.

Why you hit the nail on the head? I'm a 76 baby too. the mid 80's, early 90 was off the hook. Life seemed to be simple then. Now That I'm 29+1 years old..LOL! I do wish I can just back for a few minuts if not days.
