  • Thank you for this. Information'

  • see the best i nformation about cancer

  • The difficulty comes in differentiating benign from malignant. There is a high error rate, and large number are ambiguous. Only sure way is at a genomic level with FISH.

  • Has anybody noticed what they are doing with marijuana? This is just out from Colorado.Local cannabis company announces success with cancer treatment.Denver based Cannabis Science Inc,announcesd last week that a cancer patient has had success using the companys cannabis based product in the treatment of skin cancer. No surgery required. This is very good news.Hopfully this stuff will be in mainstream medicine soon.

  • I am always thinking that cholesterol is what will kill me but no, it’s skin cancer.

  • I am a community dermatology doctor and dermatology educator in England and I think this video is first class. Gets the balance just right. I have mentioned it to profesional colleagues including the British Association of Dermatologists.

    Thanks, well done.

  • Damn, I have skin cancer.

  • Good Tips and Thanks for the video! Here is also a great site that I found it very helpful, its about precancerous skin conditions, they explain skin diseases in details and show you a lot of pictures about them and the other interesting feature that this site had,is that they also introduce you the particular product for each condition as well as all the reviews and a lot of good tips - - -Copy this link in your address bar and remove any spaces between and press enter! -------b it.l y/tUpxwz

  • Holy shit i do have skin cancer

  • Skin cancer was virtually unknown in the US until the late 50's when petro skin lotions came on the market.

Skin cancer went up 500% w/sunscreen.

  • @seonfox

Skin cancer was "virtually unknown" because medicine wasn't advanced, and skin cancer was rarely documented as "skin cancer."

    Misconstrued evidence is misconstrued.

  • I actually just found out i have a mild case of melanoma. It's a flat red dot with white around it, on my back. Glad i went in last week <3

  • I had a few removed from my face and it left bad scars. does any one know how to get rid of the scars? plastic surgeon says i am stuck with them. i found a product called dermaflage that i use every day to fill and cover them which is good

  • are little white circles on my shoulders nothing or skin cancer, and is a puss filled zit on my nose that came up the day after i came back from the beach just a zit or an early sign of skin cancer? please tell me i got a bad sunburn on my face and back from the beach yesterday.

  • @ElevenSeventyOne Medical advice cannot be given via email because as conditions vary so too do patients and symptoms. If you have any concerns please speak to your dermatologist or damily physician. If you need help finding a dermatologist in Canada please give us a call at 1.800.267.DERM

  • @ElevenSeventyOne im not trying to get in your buisness at all and im def not a dr . I just wanted to say I have a couple white spots on my shoulders and my dr said it was just from the sun and wasnt cancer . Do you think maybe the zit you got from the beach could mabye have been more of a blister type thing from the sun ? or it really could have been a pimple from sweating at the beach . I dont know I could be wrong so dont listen to me lol . have a good day =) Emily

  • are little white circles on your shoulder skin cancer? is it bad to get a puss filled zit on your nose after a few hours at the beach or is it just nothing from the water? please tell me

  • ohh almost forgot the reason they want you out of the sun is because now the sun sets 20 degrees more north than it did a month ago...

  • do your homework she is lieing.. the numbers show that skin cancer is more likely to form where the sun is not on the skin.

once again this persons malignan is damaged, from not enough sun exposure.

always do your home work if you need to be hear. take care

  • i think i might have melanoma. anyone who has had it can they tell me their beginning experience when they first saw the spot and what they did?

  • @babyymonaia go to the doctor !!

  • Thank god I watched this, we were just in NC and my dad got sun burn, I saw red bumps on his legs and was looking up skin cancer right away.... Yikes!

  • This was very helpful info,I would encourage people watching this to learning more of skin Cancer.

  • o.o I'm all scared now..

  • @AliceRage1 i am too, i got a fucking serious sunburn

  • Lol Plants with skin cancer LMFAOOO

  • @rockksshope plants can get cancer too...cause cancer is the abnormal functioning in the cells genetic function. Anything with cells that perform mitosis (division of cells) can get cancer

  • @Xylaaa11 oh ty ty :)

  • hi guys i got brith mark so big i am so scard do u think it will become cancer or not?

  • @BellaaMarlene Dude I got it when I was 22. I was out with my shirt off a lot so yeah.

  • what bullshit the sun doesnt exist to give you cancer no other animal spending hours in the sun gets cancer neither do plants. anyone smart enough will know this is all sales pitch & baloney

  • @BellaaMarlene Are you a moron? Yes animals can get skin cancer just like humens can. But most animals are better adapted to prolonged sun exponsure then humens are. Also if you haven't notice most animals have fur, feathers or have a darker pigmentation. Not to mention that most animals try to stay out of the sun and some animals are nocturnal. And I won't even go into the stupidity of your claim about why plants don't get skin cancer. There is this little thing called Photosynthesis.

  • @BellaaMarlene: LOL... Plants do get tumors actually. Take for example the huge round bumps occasionally seen on a tree. Animals have a lot of protection with their hair, and thus don't have near the worry.

While sunlight is vital to produce Vitamin D, it's also dangerous in large amounts. The UV radiation penetrates the skin and causes breaks in cellular DNA. These breaks are repaired by cellular machinery if not extensive. We need sun, but not so much that we become sunburnt.

  • @BellaaMarlene untrue I had two dogs that died of skin cancer.

  • @BellaaMarlene ok enough pretending like you don't know the sun can give cancer.

  • I have a red bump on my nose that looked like a blister kinda and I'm scared I might have it

  • I was diagnosed in Sept 09 with malignant melanoma. Surgeons are confident they got it all but I still have to get checked over with x-rays, blood work and a body scan every 3 months.

What this video DOESN'T tell you is you can also get Melanoma in your eyes, mouth or genitals. Turns out I have a freckle in my eye that also has to be monitored.

Most awareness sites I've seen are in the US. Good to see awareness spreading in Canada too.

  • well damn i got basal cell skin cancer on my arm, always something exciting and new about life, lol

  • get it burned/frozen off and you are good to go. It is a very slow growing cancer and is much easier to deal with than others. You'll be fine.

  • i think i have it too :(
