If you accidentaly deete the file, shouldn't it be in the Recycle Bin and you can put it back in the file it was in

i clear out my recycle bin everyday. and i named the koga's battle file something very unusual and i have a lot of vids that i didnt delete in the same place that i put the koga file. so i forgot where i out the vid at. so when i clear out the file that holds my vids. koga file was in them, then when i clear my RB, it was too late
