I think you should leave the no faders to qbert. You Bit Almost every move qbert did in his faderless vid. No disrespect But i'm sure many others felt the same way i did.
you can use any sort of vinyl to skratch with but you can buy specialist stuff that is full of samples and beats etc (battle breaks is a prime example).
I personally skratch using cd's so I just burn any sample to cd and skratch away.
scratchin mon cdj is nothing.. with the turntable you can get more sounds from a scratch.. you can do stadar things with cd players.... except scratcing advanced...;) peace and about the video... respect from GREECE...:D :)
You can use anything although it is better to get a new record with scratch noises on as newer resent record generally do not skip as much and are therefore better for scratching.
