The veggie kabobs look good. I live with someone who eats the complete oppostie of what I eat. It is hard at first, but once you get in a grove, you can resist the temptations of cookies etc. Get your juice on Chris, Good luck! Your kitty is so cute.

I'm day 4 into Candida Diet (aka super suck diet) and P90X

I don't think I'll be able to truly do all p90 because I won't be getting enough energy out of that diet, but we'll see. My friend is on day 45 of P90 and looks fantastic!

I know exactly what you are going through when it comes to junk in the house. My wife buys all kinds of garbage and leaves it out. She doesn't even eat it. Just buys it to temp me I think.

@onyxbeauty1988 I personally dont harm any animals, but after last year the big moles were making like 10 mole hills a day, a nice lawn became literally a dirt yard. On top of that the dogs will dig in the mole holes and make even more a mess..

It is forbidden for us Muslims to eat blood.

Just like Jews, we butcher the animal in a specific way so that we drain the muscles completely out of blood.

Anyway, as for blood clots in humans, we have medical treatment called Hijama! (Check Wikipedia).

It sucks out thick clotted blood from the body in the treated area. Preventing dangerous clots and brain strokes!

Very healthy, you can do it up to 3 times a year, once every four months. =D

@candyformandy The asparagus we grew. I love pets and capturing them on film is the best way to remember them after bad things happen to them... Like mugzy :( I made lots of vids with her and then she died.

I worked for a supermarket, a customer returned a roast (beef) that had a grape fruit sized clear almost gelatin like mass in it. Needless to say it was disgusting and we refunded it immediately; The butcher said it could of been cancer.
